2-6 Weeks from order date to delivery for most wagon models

How it works

Delivery Details

PlainsCraft manages production and freight logistics from our Topeka, KS shop. Your wagon ships via flatbed — unloading and setup are the buyer’s responsibility. Review all details below before your delivery day.

Shipping Method

Flatbed freight. Your wagon ships on a flatbed truck wrapped in marine-grade protection for transit. Buyer is responsible for unloading on delivery day — a forklift or crane is required.

Who Arranges Freight?

PlainsCraft arranges and coordinates all freight from our Topeka facility to your property. You will be notified of your delivery window in advance.

Freight Cost

A freight estimate is included at time of quote. Final freight fees are confirmed at the time of delivery. Actual costs vary based on your location and order size.

Forklift / Crane Required?

Requirements vary based on your final installation space and site access. The buyer is responsible for providing the necessary equipment on delivery day. Contact PlainsCraft before delivery day if you need help planning your setup approach — our team can work through it with you.

Does PlainsCraft Install?

No. PlainsCraft delivers your wagon to your property. Placement, leveling, and all utility connections are the buyer’s responsibility. General handyman skills are sufficient for most setups.

Utility Connections

Electrical must be run to the installation location by the buyer. Pioneer Elite Wagons also require water and sewer connections. See the Site Requirements page for full specifications per series.
