Foundation & Slab Type
Requires a level, properly prepared installation surface. Suitable foundations include concrete slabs, compacted gravel pads, decking, or block systems. Site preparation and foundation construction are the responsibility of the buyer.
Minimum slab dimensions: 8′ × 8′ per unit
Utility Connections Required
Buyers are responsible for verifying all local code requirements and preparing the necessary site infrastructure before installation. Typical utility requirements include:
- Water Supply: Standard water hose hookup
- Waste / Sewer: Ability to connect to a 3″ PVC sewer outlet
- Electrical: 30 amp / 120V service
- Gas / Propane: Based on preferred setup
Recommended Clearance
-+24″ on each side, +12″ on the back, +30″ in the front
Minimal base requirements would be 6′ 5″ x 4′ 5″
Delivery Access Requirements
- Forklift with capacity to hold 2,500 lbs
- 14′ clearance height
- Accessible drive path for a semi-trailer
