Before You Order

Site Requirements

A level, properly prepared installation surface is required before delivery day. Site preparation and utility connections are the buyer’s responsibility. Both units need to be accessible for freight delivery via semi-trailer.

Level foundation — concrete slab, compacted gravel pad, decking, or block system
Standard water thread hookup
Ability to connect to a 3″ PVC sewer outlet
Electrical service (varies by unit — see full requirements)
Minimum 24″ clearance on all sides
Forklift access — 1.2k lb capacity, 14′ clearance height
Accessible drive path for a semi-trailer
Local permits are the buyer’s responsibility if required

Getting It There

Delivery & Installation

PlainsCraft arranges freight and ships via flatbed. Buyer is responsible for unloading — a forklift is required on delivery day. Lead time for both Shower House and Outhouse orders is typically 3–4 weeks from order date, though this may vary.
